ABOUT ASTRO YOGA
We use dance, body mapping, movement practices, spontaneous imagery and creative arts to discover our body as an energetic field nested within a larger universal context. We learn about what is happening astrologically and use movement as a tool for aligning ourselves body, mind and spirit to the potent energies and active archetypes of the moment. This is a time to delve into subtle sensations and feel the pulse of the cosmos.
